A Journeyman Carpenter & Joiner Ken is a vital part of the OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. Team. Ken's education and experience is lengthy and enriched by his work in many parts of the world City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery/Advanced Craft Carpentry & Joinery/600 series Building Science/600 series Building Math/600 series. Properties of materials/Red Seal carpenter/licensed Contractor 30 years experience Built and renovated houses in Britain, New Zealand, America and Canada. National Trust experience Heritage Home experience National Trust experience Heritage Home experience National Park experience WPI renovator of the year 2008. While Ken is not part of the day to day operations, we are very lucky and proud that Ken is part of the OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. team as a construction special consultant assisting us with additional professional expert opinions and advice when called upon. Ken has achieved certification in: WHMIS in the Workplace, Working at Heights, Fall Protection Awareness, Supervisor Safety Awareness and Emergency Firest Aid with CRP + AED, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) installation, SCHLUTERSYSTEMS installation as well as a record of training for propane and natural gas

ABOUT JEFF

OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. is proud to have Jeff as part of the team. Jeff started in the construction field over 17 years ago as a general labourer for a small local contractor, quickly gaining knowledge while completing bathrooms, basements and other small renovation projects. Jeff soon moved on working for other GTA contractors and expanded is his abilities in all areas of construction including framing, roofing, landscape carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, tile setting, swimming pool construction, siding and much more. Jeff’s real construction love is for interior finish carpentry and the meticulous details and level of precision that it required Opening and operating his own company for 5 years, Jeff sub-contracted his services out to other high end construction companies and worked on the interiors and exteriors of many of Toronto’s finest homes having some of his work showcased on HGTV. On down time Jeff is an avid outdoors man camping and canoeing throughout Ontario With OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. Jeff implements his experience in the position of Project Manager and his “Nice Guy” demeanor makes him liked by all.
