We are always interested in candidates at all levels, including:
Site Project Manager
- Oversee daily site operations, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Review project scopes, drawings, and reports to fully understand each project
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials with the Construction Director
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and city officials as needed
- Supervise site staff and subtrades, allocate tasks, and monitor attendance
- Troubleshoot site issues and recommend ways to improve productivity and quality
- Train and support crew members and sign off on weekly safety talks
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
Skilled Labourer
- Set up, maintain, and safely shut down the job site each day
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches, and take accurate measurements
- Perform framing, sub-flooring, and trim, door, and moulding installation
- Complete tile, drywall, plaster, flooring, paint, and general plumbing/electrical work
- Handle concrete forms, scaffolding, and material mixing and pouring
- Assist Project Managers with quality control, estimates, and client meetings
- Follow all safety procedures and report violations immediately
Construction Site Assistant (General Labour)
- Assist with site setup, daily cleanup, and end-of-day shutdown
- Load, unload, and move construction materials as directed
- Operate hand and power tools and assist with demolition
- Support concrete forming, scaffolding, and general material handling
- Follow all safety procedures and daily logging requirements on-site
- A great entry point into the construction trade, with room to grow
