SUPER BOWL PARTY ANYONE?

 

Not just a man cave but a family cave ready for a party.

 

This OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. basement has so much to offer, including a gym, home office, kitchenette area and amazing storage/utility room. But the highlight of this basement is its theater area. With a state of the art big screen projection T.V. and surround sound audio system it makes it hard to leave. This “cool” space is warmed up with a sleek gas fireplace position for viewing throughout the theater area. This basement was so inviting, the entire OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. team wanted to move in!
