Dillworth Cres. Main Floor Renovation

“Open up this space” was the request from these clients to the OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. team.

By removing the interior walls that created a divided living room, dining room, hallway to the back kitchen and wall that closed in the stair case, we were able to create an open feeling while still maintaining the front hall feel the owners so desired.

Typical of the semidetached homes in this area the old layouts just don’t suite the requirements of today’s modern families. People simply want to reclaim the wasted space taken up by old framing, plaster and lath to find freedom and space while enjoying their family and guests.

No one wants to feel like a mouse in a maze.
