Situated in North High Park this mid-centry home had a crowded first floor that included a divided family room, kitchen, hall and dining room with a bathroom directly off it. OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. sugessted an open concept style kitchen dining area with the family room at the front. This open style kitchen dining area now offers this young family more oppertunity to spend time togeather and that is what the home should be about. The increased size of the kitchen will sertinaly provide this client with a very positive returne on their investment, should they chose to ever want to leave.
