Swansdown Dr. Basemnet

Large North york Basment with in-law/nanny suite, kids play area, and laundry room. But the true Gem of this space is the rec-room. With new gas fire place and custom stainless steel frame, sourounded by Cararra marble tile the fire plase is a show stopper. Not to be out done the custom cabinet complements the space with style. One of OBORNE CONTRACTING INC'S favorites.
