Duplex Ave. Basement Bathroom/Laundry room

By combining the bathroom and laundry room, OBORNE CONTRACTING INC. was able to create a larger area for the bathroom while saving space in the remainder of the basement.

Simple basement finishes completed this modest North Toronto basement bathroom and the young clients were happy to have more family space.
